Rammina Yassaie

Rammina is a GP Trainee working in Harrogate having previously worked as a Paediatric Registrar in Yorkshire. She is the North of England Representative for the FMLM Trainee Steering Group where she has been working on normalising and embedding clinical leadership. She is a member of the HEE Yorkshire and Humber Leadership Faculty which delivers leadership training to colleagues and is the Employers Lead for Yorkshire & Humber’s Trainee Executive Forum which is focussed on training recovery post pandemic and improving trainee welfare. She also continues to work as a BMA LNC Representative which she has done for over a decade.
